Cancellation Policy

Regarding appointment changes or cancellations/取消與改期政策 : 1. Peak Season (March, April, November, December): The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations at any time. 2. Off-peak season: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled session may receive a refund of the deposit, after deducting any payment processing or transfer fees. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. However, we will do our best to help reschedule the session once, subject to availability. 3. Late arrival of more than 30 minutes or no-show: The deposit will not be refunded. 4. Severe weather conditions, such as storms or typhoons: Free rescheduling or same-day cancellation is available. 關於預約變更或取消： 1. 旺季（3月、4月、11月、12月）： 無論何時取消，訂金皆不予退還。 2. 非旺季期間： 若於拍攝時間 72 小時以前取消，可退還訂金，但需扣除付款平台或轉帳所產生的手續費。 若於拍攝時間 72 小時內取消，訂金將不予退還。不過我們會盡量協助免費改期一次，是否可改期將依當時可預約時段而定。 3. 遲到超過 30 分鐘或未出席： 訂金將不予退還。 4. 極端天氣情況，例如暴風雨或颱風： 可免費更改拍攝時間，或於當天取消預約。
